Avery Rafilovich represents clients in the global transport sector, helping international carriers, lessors, and financial institutions navigate cross-border transactions and regulatory matters. He supports complex financing and leasing arrangements in the aviation and transportation sectors. Avery brings a careful, organized approach that keeps transactions on track through closing.

Avery’s interest in international work began at the University of Florida, where he studied business administration and international studies and spent time abroad at Hebrew University in Israel. At Florida International University College of Law, he served on the FIU Law Review, building the research, writing, and citation skills he now applies to drafting and reviewing complex deal documents.
